About the Training Programme
ArcelorMittal South Africa is offering a 24 months structured Candidate Engineer training programme aligned with the Engineering Council of South Africaās (ECSA) requirements. The programme will incorporate learning through working alongside experts and guidance by a coach and mentor on an accelerated development journey that is rooted in a high-performance culture.
Successful candidates will join on a fixed term contract for a period of 2 years. After the 2 year programme, successful candidates will be eligible for permanent employment based on their performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
Qualification requirement:
ā¢ Completed BEng OR 4 Year BSc Engineering degree from a recognised South African University
ā¢ Proven record of academic excellence
