Tasks
As part of the YES 4 Youth initiative, selected candidates will be expected to:
- Participate in all loading and offloading activities according to company delivery procedures
- Follow instructions from Team Leaders and Managers with a willingness to learn
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards
- Report any merchandise discrepancies and equipment defects
- Maintain the company’s reputation through professional conduct
- Adapt to varying job responsibilities based on business needs
- Practice safety and operational procedures during all duties
Qualifications
To be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen
- Aged between 18 to 29 years
- Be currently unemployed
- Hold a Matric Certificate with English and Mathematics/Maths Literacy
- Must be BBBEE-compliant as per the program’s design
Experience
This is an entry-level role and does not require prior work experience. However, the program is designed to build practical experience and workplace knowledge.

- Ability to perform well under pressure
