Job Overview
Pedros X14 Grillers 2026, Pedros is recruiting for a Griller position at its busy new store located at Phokeng Mall in Rustenburg.
This opportunity is suitable for motivated individuals who can work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining excellent food quality and customer service standards.
Purpose of the Role
Responsible for preparing and grilling menu items according to Pedros quality, presentation, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, season, and grill chicken and other menu items
- Monitor cooking temperatures, timing, and portion control
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report faults
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage stock rotation using FIFO principles
- Minimise waste and support stock control
- Clean grills, utensils, and workstations regularly
- Assist with stock counts and ingredient preparation
- Support kitchen operations during busy periods
- Follow company health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or grilling experience preferred (1+ year)
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
