Programme Overview
Tiger Brands Learnerships 2026 Tiger Brands is offering a 12-month Workplace Experience Programme within the Personal Care Team for graduates seeking practical workplace exposure in marketing and brand management.
This opportunity is designed to help candidates gain real-world experience while supporting projects and working with cross-functional teams.
Purpose of the Programme
The programme aims to provide participants with:
- Practical workplace experience
- Exposure to brand management and marketing operations
- Opportunities to support projects and consumer campaigns
- Development of professional and commercial skills
Key Responsibilities
Participants will:
- Support project-related work
- Assist with problem-solving activities
- Work with cross-functional teams on Work Integrated Learning projects
- Assist Brand Managers with consumer and shopper insight strategies
- Support planning and execution of brand promotions
- Help manage purchase orders and budget tracking
- Assist with monthly budget reconciliations
- Handle general category administration
- Work with approved agencies to execute marketing deliverables
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related commercial field
- Citizen of the country of hire
- Must not have more than 1 year full-time experience in the field of study
- Must reside in Isando or be willing to relocate
- Valid work authorization
