The programme commences on 01 February 2025, blending structured theoretical training with hands-on workplace learning for a comprehensive development experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately complete all documentation associated with installation activities.
  • Adhere to predetermined installation schedules efficiently.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this unique programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Educational Background
    • Currently pursuing a qualification in Electrical Engineering or related fields such as Autotronics, Auto Electrical, or Electrical Engineering N3 (Light Current).
    • Possess a formal letter from a University or TVET College confirming that workplace exposure is required to complete the qualification.
  2. Employment Status
    • Must be currently unemployed and lack any prior formal work experience.
    • No prior participation in technical training or related programmes.
  3. Skills and Attributes
    • Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
    • Capability to work under pressure with dedication and responsibility.
    • Independent thinking coupled with logical reasoning skills.
