Job Description
The Airport Services Agent will be responsible for ensuring a quality customer service experience at all touchpoints within the airport. The individual will handle passenger check-ins, boarding processes, layover accommodations, arrival services, baggage handling, and visa-related matters. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & General Duties:
- Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers
- Greet every passenger with a warm and professional smile

Check-in & Boarding Operations:
- Follow standard operational procedures related to travel, immigration, and safety regulations

- Provide proactive assistance to passengers before check-in, including managing queues and addressing special needs
- Initiate and manage the boarding process efficiently to ensure timely departures
- Monitor baggage delivery and keep passengers informed regarding any delays or issues
- Ensure proper handling of unaccompanied minors, disabled passengers, and other special category travelers
- Act as a backup for other roles as needed based on operational requirements
Baggage Services:
- Assist passengers in locating and retrieving lost or delayed baggage
- Coordinate with baggage services for efficient handling of short-shipped and rush bags
- Assist in filing Property Irregularity Reports for delayed baggage
- Ensure timely updates in Emirates’ baggage system for unclaimed baggage
- Manage telephone inquiries from passengers regarding baggage claims
- Work closely with baggage handling staff to ensure passenger concerns are addressed promptly
Premium Passenger Services:
- Deliver a premium experience to high-value customers traveling with Emirates
- Assist premium passengers in navigating the airport seamlessly
- Provide support with lounge access, boarding, and baggage handling for VIP passengers

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of schooling or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in airport operations or customer service
- Prior experience in baggage and passenger handling within an airline environment is preferable
