Job Description
- Follow a structured training programme designed to develop technical competencies and industry-specific knowledge
- Perform all duties outlined in the Department or Area Competency Logbook (Development Programme) and additional tasks as required by Hesto Harnesses
- Undergo regular performance assessments and reviews to track progress and development
- Provide technical support for the daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency and smooth functionality
- Assist in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness
- Support administrative functions within the allocated department

- Industrial Engineering
- Academic Performance: An average pass mark of 60% and above (Essential)
