Job Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing all aspects of specialty sales deployments within the assigned geographical territory. The role involves ensuring marketing strategies are effectively implemented, maintaining high service levels for customers, and continually driving sales growth. This position requires proactive engagement with retailers and distributors, implementation of training programs, and execution of incentive-based marketing campaigns.
The key responsibility is to expand PayJoy’s footprint by increasing originations, integrating new partners, and ensuring optimal performance at every touchpoint. The Sales Representative will also play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with PayJoy’s best practices.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, software sales, mobile devices, or field sales in the telecommunications sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with business partners and sales teams
- Results-oriented, demonstrating proactivity, organization, perseverance, and resilience
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills to manage store performance and boost sales
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area
- Owns a vehicle for transportation
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee sales deployment and ongoing maintenance in alignment with PayJoy’s best practice framework
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and activation targets within the designated territory
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with partner retailers and distributors
- Conduct store visits to provide training, distribute marketing materials, and activate incentive campaigns
- Identify and onboard new business partners, ensuring they meet activation requirements
- Implement strategies to boost sales and enhance market penetration
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Maintain an updated customer database and record all interactions and transactions
- Generate detailed sales reports and performance analyses for management
