Job Description

The Buying Admin Clerk will be responsible for providing key administrative support to the commercial team. This includes managing vital merchandise data, maintaining internal records, and ensuring seamless coordination between buyers, suppliers, and systems.

Key tasks you’ll be involved in include:

  • Data Capture: Accurately capturing pricing, supplier listings, jab orders, product ranges, trade agreements, and deals into the Buying IRM system
  • Verification: Printing and cross-checking reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Filing Duties: Physical and electronic filing of all documents provided by buyers, structured by OTRS sequence
  • Record Management: Maintaining up-to-date electronic records of price lists, deals, and related documentation
  • Internal Support: Serving as a key contact for general queries and supporting the onboarding process for new team members
  • System Utilization: Working on systems like Bomm and in-house merchandise platforms

  • Experience with Bomm system or merchandising software is a plus
