The Agent ā Sales Support plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the sales team, dealers, and customers by ensuring that all sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is geared toward candidates who are passionate about customer engagement, administrative precision, and effective coordination to facilitate order fulfilment and client satisfaction. The primary mission is to support the sales process from initiation to post-sale service, driving both revenue and customer loyalty.
Tasks
Sales Facilitation and Support
- Assist in reaching and surpassing sales and activation targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to coordinate the activation of new sales.
- Manage customer upgrade and downgrade processes, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive experience.
Sales Process Efficiency
- Work closely with the order fulfilment team to guarantee timely and accurate order processing and activation.
- Address a variety of customer concerns, especially system-related queries, to streamline the purchasing experience.
- Handle key sales support tasks like order documentation, follow-ups, and customer communication.
Administrative Excellence and Record-Keeping
- Execute precise administrative tasks including ticket management and order data capturing.
- Keep detailed records of sales metrics and activity for performance tracking and reporting.
Product and Process Mastery
- Stay updated on new products, pricing models, and current promotions to guide sales engagements effectively.
- Provide feedback to optimize sales processes and technological systems used in operations.
Proactive Customer and Sales Engagement
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Conduct outbound sales engagements to follow up on leads and convert interest into action.
Cross-Functional Teamwork
- Liaise with multiple internal teams to balance workloads and manage escalations with professionalism.
- Share knowledge with team members, assist in creating training material, and propose new ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-year tertiary certification or diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Sales Management, or Telecommunications.
- Strong academic background demonstrating critical thinking and communication skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in a Sales Support or Customer Service role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- In-depth knowledge of order fulfilment processes, and experience using CRM systems and FNO portals.
- Familiarity with Agility, including managing leads and support tickets, is essential.
- Working knowledge and practical experience with Qcontact to handle customer queries and track interactions effectively.
