Tasks
During the learnership, candidates will undertake a structured curriculum and perform on-the-job tasks that include:
- Assisting with customer service operations and inquiries
- Supporting data compilation and analysis tasks
- Engaging in solution development and evaluation of information
- Understanding and applying basic legal and business practices
- Supporting business case development and action planning
- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contributing to the optimization of service delivery processes

Qualifications
To be eligible for the Old Mutual Insure Learnership 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A valid Matric certificate (with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy) – certified copy
- Must be a South African citizen
- Age between 18 and 35 years
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must possess a valid South African ID – certified copy
- Proficient in English (must have taken English as a language subject in Matric)
Experience
No prior work experience is required. This learnership is specifically designed for unemployed youth who are looking to gain foundational experience in the insurance and financial services sector. The program provides structured on-the-job training alongside formal education modules.
