As a General Worker, you will be responsible for executing essential production support tasks that include shrink-wrapping, loading, sorting damaged products, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with company and industry standards. Tasks
- Perform basic and general production-related duties
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) diligently
- Shrink-wrap and handle products efficiently
- Sort and report damaged or faulty items
- Load and offload products safely
- Maintain cleanliness in designated work areas
- Comply with all Health and Safety guidelines
- Support the team with ad-hoc duties as required by management
Qualifications
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent NQF4 qualification
- Proficient in Business English (verbal and written)
Experience
- No formal work experience is required, but candidates must be capable of:
- Working in extreme conditions
- Working shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Passing all job readiness assessments
