Job Description
The Freight Handling Learnership offered by SPAR provides practical, structured learning within a dynamic distribution environment. The successful applicants will be placed at the North Rand Distribution Centre, where they will engage in both theoretical learning and on-the-job training aligned with the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 3 requirements.

• Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric)
• Currently unemployed and not participating in any other learnership or study program
• Aged between 18 and 34 years

• Willing to commit to the full 12-month duration of the program
