1. Discover Graduate Programme
The Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme is a two-year, full-time permanent employment opportunity designed to grow young professionals into influential leaders. This programme kicks off on 1 February 2026 and is ideal for individuals who have already completed, or are on track to complete, their undergraduate degree by the end of 2025.
The programme includes:

Requirements:
To qualify for either programme, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Must be a South African Citizen by birth
- 26 years old or younger at the time of application
- Must hold or be completing by the end of 2025 a Bachelor’s Degree (BCom, BSc, or B-Tech) or equivalent at NQF Level 7 or higher
- Applicants with a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) will only be considered if their field of study is in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems / Information Technology
