Job Description
The FNB Learnership Programme 2025 is a formal development opportunity aimed at preparing young South Africans for future employability in the banking and financial services industry. Participants will be expected to meet all academic requirements of a registered qualification, while also assisting with a range of entry-level tasks including:

Requirements
To be eligible for the FNB Learnership Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Possess a Grade 12 / Matric certificate (minimum requirement)
  • Must be currently unemployed
  • Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years
  • Must be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID
