Job Description:
Capitec’s Future Leaders Programme 2026 offers successful applicants a dynamic career pathway into the world of banking leadership. The programme is designed to equip selected candidates with the skills, knowledge, and tools to become future-ready business leaders.

As part of this full-time leadership development programme, 15 exceptional candidates will be selected to join a structured rotational journey across key business areas. Participants will benefit from on-the-job training, project exposure, real-world problem solving, and continuous learning. Requirements:
To be considered for this exclusive graduate leadership opportunity at Capitec Bank, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree completed within the last 3 years (no later than 15 January 2026)
  • Achieve a minimum academic average of 60%
  • Have less than 2 years of formal work experience
  • Be a South African citizen with a valid 13-digit SA ID number
  • Have a clear credit and criminal record
  • Be willing to relocate to Western Cape (Stellenbosch) and/or Gauteng (Sandton)
