Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Systems Supporter, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to internal customer support requests and managing incident resolution reports.
- Handling daily IT operations with efficient handovers and detailed documentation.
- Maintaining system availability and backups through timely, proactive maintenance.
- Working independently or collaboratively to uphold high standards and service quality.
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Matric Certificate (NQF Level 4)
- Recognised IT Qualification such as A+, N+, MCSE, or an IT Diploma/Degree
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (NQF 4)
- Competent numeracy skills (NQF 4)
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar IT support role
