Minimum Requirements:
To be eligible for the FNB Learnership Programme 2025, applicants must:
- Be South African citizens
- Be aged between 18 and 34 years
- Be currently unemployed and have been for at least 6 months
- Have a Matric certificate (Grade 12) – NQF Level 5 or 6 qualifications are also accepted
- Not be registered for any current studies
- Have less than 12 months of part-time or casual work experience
- Not have previously worked at FirstRand or participated in the FirstJob programme
- Have no criminal record or adverse credit history
- Be proficient in English
- Be willing to commit to the full 12-month programme
