What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the estate administrator in the day-to-day handling of deceased estates
  • Completing documentation accurately based on client requirements
  • Managing turnaround times through internal collaboration and feedback
  • Performing general office administrative duties to meet performance benchmarks
  • Monitoring and managing risk by adhering to internal policies and legal regulations
  • Ensuring proper use of office resources, including minimizing waste

Minimum Experience Level:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Legal Estate Administration Diploma

  • Fiduciary Institute of South Africa (FISA)

Technical / Professional Knowledge:
