These initiatives are designed to give recent graduates and young professionals a strong start in their careers through structured learning, mentorship, and practical work experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Whether you’re applying for the Discover Graduate Programme or the Vodacom Internship, you must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:

• South African Citizenship by birth/naturalization or permanent residency
• Citizens of the following countries are also encouraged to apply for roles in their respective markets:
  Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, Tanzania
• Must be 26 years or younger
• Must have 0–2 years working experience post studies
• Must have completed or be completing an undergraduate degree or equivalent (by the end of 2025)
• Must have achieved a minimum of 65% average in academic results
• A minimum of a B-degree (BCom, BSc, BTech) qualification at NQF Level 7
• A 3-year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) will be considered only in the following fields:
  • Electrical / Electronic Engineering
  • Computer Software Engineering
  • Information Systems / Information Technology

Role Responsibility:

Discover Graduate Programme (2-Year Full-Time Position)

This is a permanent employment opportunity for recent graduates designed to grow future leaders in the telecom and digital space. Starting 1 February 2026, this programme offers:

Starting either 1 February or 1 March 2026, this internship offers:

• A pathway to apply for the Discover Graduate Programme or other permanent roles in Vodacom
