The programme covers several departments, including Human Capital Management, Communications and Marketing, ICT, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Performance Monitoring & Evaluation.

What is the Internship Programme at Agrement South Africa?
This internship programme is designed to provide unemployed South African graduates with hands-on training and workplace exposure. The initiative seeks to develop future professionals by equipping them with practical skills aligned with their academic qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • South African citizens aged between 18 and 35 years
  • Unemployed graduates with no previous professional working experience
  • Must not have participated in any previous internship programme
  • Relevant academic qualifications (minimum NQF Level 7 in related fields)

Department-specific requirements include:

  • Human Capital Management: Grade 12 and NQF Level 7 in HR Management, Development, Social Sciences, Labour Relations, or Management Sciences
  • Communications and Marketing: Grade 12 and NQF Level 7 in Journalism, Communications Science, Public Relations, or Media Studies. Additional short courses in digital marketing, content creation, or graphic design will be advantageous
  • Finance: Grade 12 and NQF Level 7 in Accounting Sciences, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, or Taxation
  • Supply Chain Management: Grade 12 and NQF Level 7 in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Logistics
  • Strategy, Monitoring & Evaluation: Grade 12 and NQF Level 7 in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Strategic Management
  • Information & Communication Technology: Grade 12 and NQF Level 7 in Computer Science, IT Management, or Information Science

Role Responsibility:
As an intern at Agrement South Africa, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations in your assigned department
  • Supporting projects and contributing innovative ideas
  • Conducting research and preparing reports
  • Performing administrative and coordination tasks
  • Gaining practical exposure to align theory with workplace application
