Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Training Force Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following:

• Grade 11 completed (Grade 12/Matric is an advantage)
• South African citizen between the ages of 18–28
• Unemployed at the time of application
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
• No prior participation in a similar SETA-accredited learnership (depending on NQF level)
• Additional subject requirements may apply depending on the field (e.g., English or Mathematics)

Role Responsibility

Participants in the Training Force Learnership Programme are expected to:
