Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Training Force Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following:
- Grade 11 completed (Grade 12/Matric is an advantage)
- South African citizen between the ages of 18–28
- Unemployed at the time of application
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
- No prior participation in a similar SETA-accredited learnership (depending on NQF level)
- Additional subject requirements may apply depending on the field (e.g., English or Mathematics)
Role Responsibility
