What is CIPC Call Centre Agent Internship 2025 / 2026?
The CIPC Call Centre Agent Internship is a structured training programme designed for graduates with a qualification in Call Centre. It prepares participants to work in customer service roles by enhancing communication, problem-solving, and client interaction skills. Interns will gain hands-on experience at the Sunnyside Office in Pretoria, directly engaging with CIPC stakeholders and clients.

This internship supports government’s public service internship initiative, launched in December 2002, to address graduate unemployment by giving young professionals their first real workplace experience.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following:

  • Be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35
  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Call Centre
  • Be unemployed with no previous work experience
  • Not have participated in any internship programme before

Role Responsibility
As Call Centre Interns, successful candidates will:
