Minimum Requirements

• Experience in process monitoring and operational improvements

Role Responsibility

• Training Records Administration
  • Monitor and resolve issues in training record accuracy
  • Capture and update employee training data in SAP and other platforms
  • Archive training documentation according to compliance requirements
• SAP System Support
  • Learn and apply SAP Qualifications and Training Catalogue functionalities
  • Analyse system data to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Bridging Recruitment and Training Systems
  • Implement and improve SOPs for data transfer between recruitment and training systems
  • Monitor data flow and troubleshoot inconsistencies
• Filing and Archiving
  • Maintain structured filing systems
  • Ensure compliance with data management and protection standards
• Learning and Development
  • Participate in structured learning sessions to build HR systems knowledge
  • Apply new skills to enhance operational efficiency

Skills and Attributes
