What is Kia Apprenticeship 2025: Offering Practical Work Experience?
The Kia Apprenticeship 2025 is a Level 1 apprenticeship programme designed to give participants qualified workplace experience in the automotive sector. Apprentices will assist technicians, perform diagnostic services, and complete technical tasks according to set objectives and standard operating procedures. Participants will also engage in training initiatives, improve personal skills, and support Kia’s mission of delivering efficient and high-quality service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical and diagnostic services with accuracy and efficiency
- Completing tasks within agreed service level standards
- Documenting transactional activities for accountability and decision-making
- Upholding compliance and governance requirements
- Assisting technicians for skill transfer and development
- Participating in structured training programmes as per the logbook

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Kia Apprenticeship 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- National Senior Certificate with Pure Mathematics and Physical Science
- Higher Certificate and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificate at NQF Level 04
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience
- Valid South African driver’s license
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Openness to change, development, and continuous improvement
- Commitment to occupational health, safety, and integrity
- Team-oriented mindset with commercial awareness
Role Responsibility
As part of the apprenticeship, candidates will be responsible for:
