• Minimum of 3 years’ working experience as a Millwright

• Independent, self-motivated, and hands-on approach
• Calm under pressure with the ability to troubleshoot efficiently

Role Responsibility
Key duties of the Millwright include:

• Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery during breakdowns
• Execute instructions from the Engineering Foreman
• Participate in small-scale improvement projects
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in line with health and safety standards
• Assemble and dismantle machinery and mechanical parts
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns
• Keep accurate maintenance records
