What is the Pepkor Lifestyle Graduate Internship Programme 2025?
Pepkor Lifestyle, one of South Africa’s most respected retail groups, has partnered with the Wholesale & Retail SETA to offer a comprehensive development initiative. The program consists of:

• A 12-month Graduate Programme for university and tertiary graduates
• An 18-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme for TVET graduates

The aim is to provide structured workplace experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world retail operations. Participants will work alongside professionals, gaining insights into multiple facets of the retail environment.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the internship, applicants must meet the following:

• Be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID
• Be unemployed and under the age of 32
• Hold a relevant qualification from an accredited university, tertiary institution, or TVET college
• Possess a qualification in one of the following fields:
  • Marketing Management
  • Business Management / Business Administration
  • Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
  • Digital Marketing / Ecommerce
  • IT Project Administration / Project Management
  • IT Information Systems / Business Information Technology

Role Responsibility
Interns will actively participate in various business operations, including:

• Attending induction programs and company meetings
• Performing duties under supervision and mentorship
• Conducting research on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Visiting stores and locations for practical field exposure
• Preparing and presenting findings to showcase progress
