Minimum Requirements


Applicants must meet the following criteria to qualify:

  • A completed Matric certificate or equivalent
  • N6 qualification in Human Resources Management
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Age between 18 and 35 years
  • Preference will be given to People with Disabilities
  • No bursary obligation with another organisation

Role Responsibility (Transnet Work Intergrated Non Technical Learner 2025)


Participants in the Work Integrated Learning Programme will be exposed to diverse responsibilities, including:
