Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria to qualify:

• A completed Matric certificate or equivalent
• N6 qualification in Human Resources Management
• Must be a South African citizen
• Age between 18 and 35 years
• Preference will be given to People with Disabilities
• No bursary obligation with another organisation

Role Responsibility (Transnet Work Intergrated Non Technical Learner 2025)

Participants in the Work Integrated Learning Programme will be exposed to diverse responsibilities, including:

• Task execution: assisting with departmental projects, routine operational tasks, and administrative duties
• Learning and development: attending training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programmes while shadowing experienced professionals
• Communication and collaboration: interacting with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to understand business needs and providing regular updates on progress
• Compliance and safety: adhering to company policies, safety regulations, and maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
• Research and analysis: conducting market research, collecting data, preparing reports, and assisting in process improvements
