This programme is designed for motivated individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.

What is Dynamic DNA Systems Development Learnership?

The Systems Development Learnership NQF4 is a structured programme that combines classroom-based instruction with workplace training. Participants will gain essential skills in systems development, programming, and ICT while working under the guidance of experienced professionals. This initiative aims to prepare learners for a successful career in South Africa’s growing ICT sector.

Through this learnership, participants will:

  • Receive mentorship and training from industry experts
  • Gain hands-on experience in real-world ICT environments

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • South African citizen aged 19–29 years
  • Matric certificate with Mathematics and English (essential)
  • Currently unemployed
  • Reside near Randburg to attend on-campus training
  • Not currently enrolled in another SETA-funded programme

Role Responsibility

Learners accepted into the programme will:

  • Attend classroom sessions and complete theoretical modules
  • Participate in workplace-based training at Dynamic DNA or partner companies
  • Learn programming fundamentals and systems development concepts
  • Work on projects that develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Apply learned skills to practical ICT tasks and systems-related assignments
