Minimum Requirements

• Matric with minimum scores: English 50%, Maths 50% / Maths Literacy 60%, Pass in Physical Science or Life Sciences
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Previous experience in customer service and sales
• Knowledge of sports nutrition, vitamins, and supplements
• Advantageous: Qualifications in Sports, Fitness, or Nutrition

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by proactively assisting customers in-store
• Promote health and nutritional products through cross-selling and upselling
• Ensure compliance with risk management regulations to prevent financial losses
• Provide professional consultation on healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products
• Follow merchandising principles to effectively display products
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in-store
• Ensure stock management compliance and rotation to increase product availability
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and company guidelines
• Focus on personal development and product expertise while supporting colleagues
