Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Bosch Youth Employment Service Program 2025/26, applicants must meet the following:
- South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35
- Must have a Matric certificate
- Degree or Diploma in one of the following fields:
- Logistics
- Supply Chain
- Commercial Studies
- Finance
- Sales & Marketing
- Must be fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
- Unemployed for the last six (6) months
- Must not have participated in a YES program before
Bosch Available Jobs
Role Responsibility
Participants in the Bosch YES Program will be placed at either the Midrand offices or the Brits Manufacturing Plant, where they will:
- Gain hands-on workplace experience across various departments
- Participate in structured training and mentorship programs
- Learn how to adapt to the corporate and manufacturing environments
- Contribute to day-to-day departmental functions
- Acquire transferable skills to improve employability after the program
- Develop confidence and professional growth in a supportive environment
Skills and Attributes
Candidates applying for the program should demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Strong communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a professional environment
- Basic understanding of chosen field of study (Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.)
