Internship Opportunity: Production Intern

Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Development Plan: Completing the development plan within 24 months from the start date.
- Training Curriculum: Meeting the specific training curriculum requirements according to the section’s position profiles within the agreed timeframe.
- Performance Standards: Achieving the defined performance standards in the development plan and curriculum.
- Induction and Legal Training: Completing both general and plant-specific induction, as well as legal training required by the mill and section.
- Housekeeping: Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the workplace at all times.
- Safety Observations: Conducting regular Behavioral Based Safety observations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Plant Licensing Competency: Attaining plant licensing competency within the agreed timeframe of the training plan.
- Mentorship: Establishing a positive working relationship with assigned coaches and mentors in the section.
- Training Program Updates: Keeping the training program updated and communicating any barriers hindering progress.
- Ethics and Shift Activities: Adhering to the Code of Ethics and participating in shift activities as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Pulp and Paper, or S4.
- Experience: No prior work experience required.
