Job Summary
As a Trainee Call Centre Agent, you will be integral in providing top-tier client service. Your role will involve managing both inbound and outbound calls, adhering to established procedural, productivity, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Address client queries via telephone, ensuring compliance with Call Centre standards under supervision.
- Escalation: Refer complex queries to senior agents when necessary.
- Information Sharing: Manage inbound calls and provide relevant information with the help of on-the-job coaching.
- Query Resolution: Strive to resolve calls at the point of contact whenever possible.
- Technical Knowledge: Develop a moderate level of technical knowledge relevant to your role.
- Multi-Skilling: Acquire limited multi-skilling across products and processes pertinent to the business area.
Hours of Work
- Mondays to Thursdays: 16:00 – 19:30
- Fridays: From 15:00
- Saturdays: 09:00 – 13:00
