Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum:
- 3 to 6 months of client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment.
- Candidates with a relevant tertiary qualification may be considered even without prior experience.
- Ideal:
- Over 1 year of client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking setting.
- Demonstrated sales and client interaction experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum:
- Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Ideal:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or a related field.
- Finance or Banking certification.
Knowledge:
- Minimum:
- Basic calculation skills.
- Understanding of retail or consumer service environments.
- Ideal:
- Familiarity with Capitec Bank products.
- Understanding of internal business processes and organizational policies.
Skills:
- Strong communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
