ARC-LNR Human Capital Admin Assistant (X8) 2024 The Agricultural Research Council (ARC-LNR) is seeking to appoint eight (8) Human Capital Admin Assistants on a two-year fixed-term contract based in Pretoria Central. This opportunity is designed for individuals passionate about Human Capital Management and ready to contribute to the effective functioning of the Human Capital department. The position is ideal for candidates with a background in Human Resource Management, seeking practical experience in a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities
The Human Capital Admin Assistants will be responsible for the following:
- Recruitment and Selection: Assisting in administering the entire recruitment and selection process, ensuring that all procedures are carried out efficiently and in line with the organization’s policies.
- Training and Development: Administering Human Capital Management (HCM) training and development programs for the campus. This involves organizing training sessions, maintaining records of staff development, and ensuring compliance with training policies.
- Record-Keeping and Database Management: Assisting with the efficient management of Human Capital records and databases, ensuring that all employee information is accurately maintained and updated regularly.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed, and new employees are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Policy Maintenance: Maintaining and updating Human Capital policies and procedures as required by the department.
- Remuneration and Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of employee remuneration and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and related benefits.
- General Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Human Capital Management department, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Reporting: Compiling and submitting regular, monthly, and quarterly Human Capital Management reports to keep the department informed of ongoing activities and developments.
Requirements
To qualify for the position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: A National Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Management.
- Knowledge: Understanding of internal functional operations related to Human Capital.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
