Ideal Candidate Profile
The SAB Graduate Management Trainee Programme is designed for individuals who are eager to take on a multifunctional career and develop new skill sets throughout their journey. To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Educational Background: You must have completed your undergraduate degree by the time the programme starts, with a preference for candidates from STEM disciplines. Studying towards a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Business Administration, a Master’s degree, or an equivalent qualification is advantageous.
- Work Experience: The programme is open to candidates with no more than three years of full-time formal work experience by the programme start date. Internships, vacation work, short-term contracts, and co-op experiences do not count towards this total.
- Language Proficiency: You must be proficient in English, as this will be the primary language of communication during the programme.
- Mobility and Legal Work Authorization: Candidates must have full legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country they are applying for and be willing to relocate as needed.
