Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Graduate, you will be involved in various aspects of supply chain management, with specific duties including:
- Data Analysis and Insights: Conducting analysis on supply chain initiatives and providing insights to improve supply chain KPIs.
- Project Support: Assisting with the implementation of approved projects by following standard project management and supply chain methodologies.
- Process Development: Supporting the development and training of new business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Project Planning: Contributing to supply chain project planning to align with business goals and objectives.
- Collaboration with IT: Working closely with the IT team to ensure system and reporting changes improve system efficiency for users.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this graduate programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A completed Degree/BTech in Supply Chain, Logistics, or BCom is essential.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email is mandatory.
- Unemployment Status: Applicants must be unemployed and available to commit to the 12-month programme.
- Citizenship: South African citizens aged between 18 and 29 years.
