ARC-LNR x8 Hygiene Assistants | Grade 10 The Agricultural Research Council (ARC) is seeking dedicated Hygiene Assistants to maintain cleanliness and order in our laboratory and office spaces in Roodeplaat. This is a six-month fixed-term contract position with the possibility of extension.

- Salary/Stipend: Competitive remuneration package
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas.
- Clean, maintain, and store laboratory glassware and equipment.
- Wash laboratory coats and replenish PPE.
- Empty dustbins and manage SHE bins.
- Comply with cleaning best practices, OHSE regulations, and HCM policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Grade 10 with 3 years of relevant cleaning experience in a laboratory or office setting.
- Basic understanding of different types of waste.
- Experience cleaning laboratory equipment is a plus.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Compliance with safety standards.
