Road Accident Fund: Driver/Messenger 2024 As a Driver/Messenger at the Road Accident Fund (RAF), you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. You will be responsible for safely transporting people, documents, and goods to and from various locations, following safety procedures and adhering to road regulations. You will also handle messenger services, including collecting and delivering packages, maintaining communication, obtaining receipts, and keeping accurate records.

- Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
- Salary: R244,732.00 per annum
Additionally, you will contribute to administrative tasks such as monitoring requests for copying and binding, managing document archiving and sorting, maintaining records inventory, and overseeing the postal service facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Messenger Services: Collect, deliver, and track packages and documents
- Administration: Monitor requests, manage document archiving, and maintain records
- Transportation: Safely transport people, materials, and staff
- Reporting: Report vehicle defects, accidents, and delays
- Mail Processing: Receive, sort, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric or Grade 12 certificate
- Valid Code 10 (EC1/EC) driver’s license
- Professional Driver’s Permit
- At least 1 year of experience in a driving/messenger services environment
