Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit Top Talent: Identify and recruit high-quality insurance representatives who align with Avbob’s values and goals.
- Empower Through Training: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing development to ensure your team possesses the knowledge and skills to succeed.
- Foster a Winning Culture: Create a positive and motivating team environment where collaboration and achievement are celebrated.
- Drive Sales Performance: Lead your team to achieve and surpass sales targets by setting clear expectations and providing strategic guidance.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to FAIS, FICA, LTIA, and all relevant legislation to protect both clients and the company.
- Manage Risk: Implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard business operations and mitigate potential challenges.
- Expand Market Reach: Identify new opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand Avbob’s market presence in the Midrand region.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 and a suitable industry entry qualification as required by the Financial Services Board.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of proven success in marketing life assurance products.
- Compliance: Adherence to FAIS legislation, including Fit and Proper registration.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Other: Valid driver’s license, own reliable transport, and a cell phone.
