Key Responsibilities:
- Gain broad exposure to all spheres of finance as prescribed by SAICA, including accounting, external reporting, management decision-making, financial management, risk management, governance, and taxation.
- Participate in various leadership development courses to cultivate essential professional skills.
- Engage in job rotations to broaden your experience and understanding of different financial areas.
- Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals within Old Mutual.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to contribute to key projects and initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proof of registration/ Pass in PGDA/CTA
- South African citizen
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High levels of energy, drive, creativity, and innovation
- Self-starter with initiative
