Key Responsibilities
Interns will engage in a range of duties, including:
- On-site and Remote End-user Support: Addressing all applications and printers to ensure operational efficiency.

Skills, Experience, and Education
To be eligible for this exciting ITS Internship, candidates must possess:
- A Grade 12 Certificate with relevant industry qualifications.
- Minimum A+ and N+ certifications.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office, Network Security, and Printers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A professional telephone manner with experience in inbound and outbound call handling.
- A Can-Do Attitude with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
- Experience in a Managed Services and third-party Cloud Solution environment is highly regarded.
