Capitec Bank is on the lookout for energetic and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service. In this role, you will assist clients at ATMs and help them with their transactions via Capitec’s remote and self-service channels. You’ll also be given the opportunity to develop essential skills for service consulting within the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and managing branch flow through efficient queue functioning.
- Providing excellent client service by assisting clients with ATM transactions.
- Gaining knowledge, skills, and experience for service consulting roles.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Requirement:
- Grade 12 National Certificate
- No prior experience required.
- Ideal Experience:
- Some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Knowledge:
- Minimum:
- Basic calculations.
- Strong interpersonal engagement skills.
- Clear understanding of personal goals, being ambitious and eager to learn.
- Ideal:
- Familiarity with bank branch environments.
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes.
Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interpersonal & Relationship Management skills.
Conditions of Employment:
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Must have recognizable fingerprints that can be detected by Capitec’s internal electronic banking system.
