Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and handle inbound calls from customers and passengers.
  • Assist passengers with flight issues, such as delays or cancellations.
  • Explain processes and provide necessary guidance.
  • Work in a team, often requiring shift work and long hours.
  • Manage and handle confidential customer information.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Grade 12 certificate (Matric).
  • Experience: 1-4 years in a call centre environment.
  • Advantage: A travel-related qualification is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
    • Strong computer literacy skills.
    • Impeccable phone etiquette and communication skills.
    • Clean criminal and credit record.
  • Work Conditions: Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
  • Transport: Own transport is advantageous.

  • Punctual and reliable, particularly with confidential data.
  • Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills.
  • High degree of patience, assertiveness, and professionalism.
  • Time management and ability to perform under pressure.
Shift Hours:
  • 07:00 – 16:00
  • 08:00 – 17:00
  • 09:00 – 18:00
  • 10:00 – 19:00
  • Note: Shifts may include weekends and public holidays.
