Job Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and managing branch flow.
- Assisting customers at ATMs and other remote or self-service banking channels.
- Providing exceptional service by resolving client queries.
- Supporting the team in ensuring smooth operations within the branch.
What You Need to Apply
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate (Matric).
- Preferred: Knowledge of bank branch environments and Capitec’s products and services.
Experience:
- No prior experience is required, making it an ideal opportunity for school leavers or those seeking an entry-level role in banking.
- However, experience in a client service role, particularly within the retail or financial services sector, will be an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
Essential Knowledge:
- Basic calculations.
- Strong understanding of how to engage with people.
- Desire to learn and develop within the banking industry.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
