About the Role:

As a Code 10/14 Driver at Hestony Transport, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods across South Africa and major SADAC countries. You will be responsible for:

• Safe and Efficient Driving: Operating company vehicles (Code 10/14) in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Load Planning and Management: Properly loading and securing cargo to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Performing routine vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance needs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Warehouse Support: Assisting with warehouse tasks as needed, demonstrating a team-player attitude.
• Professionalism: Representing Hestony Transport in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid Code 10/14 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience driving Code 10/14 trucks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
• Excellent defensive driving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
