Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring staff performance and workflow
  • Performing end-of-day reporting duties
  • Identifying operational challenges and recommending improvements
  • Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Supervising smart ID card applications and birth registrations
  • Managing citizenship and travel document services
  • Ensuring effective management of resources within the unit
