Minimum Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Processing unemployment insurance claims
  • Registering employers and verifying employee declarations
  • Capturing and processing approved UIF payments
  • Assisting clients with enquiries regarding claims
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Operating systems according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
