Key Responsibilities
As a Youth Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in Standard Bank’s Talent Acquisition operations, including:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Understand and manage resourcing requests from hiring managers, Human Capital Business Partners (HCBPs), and graduate/youth programs to deliver outstanding TA services.
- Operational Excellence: Leverage digital tools to streamline recruitment processes and provide insightful TA data while adhering to risk and governance frameworks.
- Process Integration: Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, such as outsourcing partners and Centres of Excellence, ensuring seamless TA operations.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize cutting-edge recruitment platforms and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency in TA delivery.
- Data Integrity: Uphold high standards of data quality, ensuring all People and Culture policies are adhered to, and reports generated meet required benchmarks.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- South African Citizenship: Applicants must be citizens of South Africa.
- Age: Must be between 18 and 30 years old.
- Education: Hold an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
- Computer Literacy: Demonstrate proficiency in using computers and digital platforms.
- Employment Status: Not permanently employed.
- Work Experience: Have a maximum of two years of work experience.
- Study Status: Not currently studying or enrolled at any institution.
- Learnership Registration: Not registered for any other learnership.
