Programme Highlights
- Duration: 12 months (1 March 2025 – 28 February 2026)
- Location: Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and Western Cape
- Stipend: Monthly stipend to cover travel expenses

Available Learnerships
Value Logistics offers training in two key areas:
- Freight Handler Learnership (NQF Level 3)
- KwaZulu-Natal: Pinetown & Cato Ridge (16 positions)
- Western Cape: Kraaifontein (17 positions)
- Gauteng: Germiston, Witfontein, Pomona & Isando (24 positions)
- Minimum Requirement: Matric certificate with a 50% pass rate
- Supply Chain Practitioner Learnership (NQF Level 5)
- Region: Gauteng (Germiston, Witfontein, Pomona & Isando)
- Number of Positions: 23
- Minimum Requirement: Matric certificate with a 60% pass rate
Key Features of the Learnership Programme
- Classroom Training: Participants will attend one week of theoretical and practical training per month.
- Workplace Experience: Hands-on operational experience in a logistics environment.
- EISA Examination: Structured evaluation to certify competencies.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with possible overtime.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Value Logistics Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen aged between 20-29 years old.
- Hold a Matric certificate with the required pass rate (50% for NQF Level 3, 60% for NQF Level 5).
- Submit all required documentation as part of the application process.
